Pros

been working for lidils for 14 years now ive not had any problem working there if you no what your doing and your not lazy there should not be a problem ive also worked for aldi for four year but prefer lidil more more wages flexiable hours good family team meaning staff and i do 40 hours a week and i love my job best supermarket pay but you have to sweat a little

there are many challenges you can go from store assistant to store manegers and then become dm to

Good pay scales, fast paced and challenging.

Cons

If your face does not fit there are limited progression opportunities. If you do not have a good family support network or good child care provisions then this probably not the company for you. Work/life balance is a major issue.
