Pros

Good salary and benefits. Well known company good for your resume once you move on. Young environment and potential career development.

Cons

No work life balance, you need to be devoted to your jib constantly. The management is far from the employees. Board members have been working on for Lidl and grew up in the company. They do not really have contacts with competitors and other stakeholders. Obsessed by company secrets and privacy issues. Very hard to achieve comprehension f the company as well as management support. In other words, good for a couple of years then it's time to go. Headquarter in Germany requires the countries to apply group policies no matter what are the local issues. Direction and coordination from Germany is too intrusive.
