      Pros

      Unfortunately this will sound unfair to any employer afteral it gave you your job! Yes, but only to take your life away. Lidl is an ingrate employer, or better still the folks who represents them.

      Cons

      Nothing you do is good, if you are not in same boat as your AM or SM? THEN YOU ARE DONE FOR. Pay is good but only to prepare for ones funeral believe me this is a decade of experience voicin out the pain and not good arms I have gained from excesive working. Plus mentally afeted. Lidl should be tested without them knowing only then truth would be known. MONSTROUS PLACE ON PLANET AND PERSONALITY DESTROYER

      Pros

      Good pay friendly staff customers are nice enjoyed my time all in all at Lidl was a decent place to work despite managers

      Cons

      Management are mean towards staff treated like numbers not people also never left work on time was always leaving an hour or two later

      Watch out for poor management

      Pros

      Organised product set up and display and easy structure to pick up. Ok pay and working hours. I can't think of anything else

      Cons

      Poor lower management (at least in the branch I was in). The assistant manager hid an item in his pocket in the trolley test and then said I failed the test due to missing the item. I had to bring this to the manager.... It was not my job to check people's pockets!!! This sort of thing should not be allowed.
