Pros

Starting salary at 24K,very decent plus 35 days holidays after 2 years!

Cons

HOURS!, Contracted to 47.5, but you won't and cannot work to rule with Lidl! NO time back or o/t paid. It's far from the pretty picture you get on the website or introduction day. ASM is not a manager job, as you will find yourself apart from couple hours of ordering just replenishing stock. No such a thing as appraisals. This job is not for someone who wants work-life balance.!!

Pros

Fast paced, exciting work place. Comprehensive training which prepares you for the role and the duties you must complete. Internal development opportunities

Cons

Long working day and long contract. Changes can take a long time to implement or take affect as everything must be reviewed by international and then be sent back to the UK
