Pros

I can not find anything positive on this jobs. It's just a job - nothing more. At least one pros is the salary - it's relatively good.

Cons

Terrible working atmosphere, extremely high pressure from management, people are nothing - just a piece that can be easily replaced, all requests for courses/training are denied, no chance to carrier grow, zero benefits (just salary, nothing more), working hours from 8 to 18 every day, zero work/life balance, extra shifts without any compensation, no home office possible.

Pros

The only good reason I can think of to work there is that they pay you on time.

Cons

You never know when you are going to go home. Management treats you like you are vermin and constantly bullies you. They expect you to know everything from the very first day. They blame you for things that aren't even your responsibility. They make you fee worthless. More than 3 co-workers of mine had to have back surgery from working there. Its so fast paced and intense to the extent of harming your health. They abuse you mentally.

Lidl to no respect

Pros

Good rate of hourly pay

Cons

Extremely poor management Little to no training was given and I was expected to just know how everything worked without being shown. Contracted hours mean nothing as if on a 30 hour, for example, you will seldom if ever get that number of hours. Bullying tactics used to "motivate" staff, who are frequently told that they can easily be replaced. No matter how hard you work, it will never be enough for the management and any time something goes wrong you will swiftly be reminded that you are useless. Even if the problem was not related to you or your work. Schedules are supposed to be displayed for at least 3 weeks at any time, however often we get a mere 2 days notice for our next weeks.
