Pros

Good opportunities for young people, especially if they know German. Most people use it as way to get to better jobs later on. People need to come aboard knowing that they will make sacrifices. Salary is above average in nearly every department.

Cons

A lot of work, nearly every department is short-staffed because of high productivity demands. It's a good company if you want to earn money and learn a lot in a short period of time, just be sure that you are willing to make sacrifices.

Pros

Not many good things to say about the company, as I had a very poor experience.

Cons

Toxic culture of bureaucracy. Definitely not a startup, seems like there's another level of management added daily. Horrible place to work, run!

Pros

overall good pay hourly for store assessments

Cons

expect to do everything from cleaning toilets to serving customers to even doing bakery. this company does not care at all about its staff, no social or balance at all. shifts range from 5 am to 4pm always busy work ethic is extremely poor, unsociable hours, force you to come in your day off, emotionally blackmail you when you say no, I called in sick for 2 days and they ended up giving me the whole week off cause I called in sick. disgusting regulations put in place, if you work 10 hours or more all you get is 30 minutes break. management do 50 hours a week even if they do over time they don't get paid extra for it.
