Pros
Above average compensation and decent benefits. Extraordinary facilities and top of the line technology. Usually friendly cross-departmental cooperation. Possibilities for long life learning and transfer to other countries.
Cons
Lots of show, and lack of substance. It is more important how you dress, who you sleep with and what kind of car you drive than how qualified you are for the job you were hired for. Your success is not merit based. It is measured by like or dislike your own boss is showing towards you. Conflicting personalities and culture of no negotiation make for an extraordinary toxic environment, where mobbing is frequent and hire and fire mentality is normally. Virtually non-existent DE&I deparment, in a company that employs more than 450k people globally.
