Pros

Team was great, because they suffered together.

Cons

Suffering. Management style is all stick, no carrot. Employees are treated as expendable, and as a result turnover is very high. They promote quick, which sounds great, but it leads to unexperienced tempestuous management.

Pros

Fast pace environment that will push you to learn quickly. Opportunity to touch areas of the business that you might not have the chance to in larger more established US businesses. If expansion goes as planned, there is likely opportunity for upward mobility. Compensation is good.

Cons

Culturally there is not a lot here I would qualify as top tier. Team is led through fear. A lot of turnover driven by the company. Information sharing is on a need to know basis. This means that if you’re in a lower level position, you may not be able to learn/hear about some of the really rich insights that leaders would have exposure to. In my opinion, this stifles growth of employees.
