Pros

I’m still alive and can provide for my family. Though my health is compromised. That I can put my review of what it’s really like on here.

Cons

I’ve worked in the Kent area in many stores and this period is the worst ever. All Area Managers are spineless, just followers even when they know things are wrong. COVID, health and safety procedures are shocking. So many ill due to lack of security and staff to monitor customer numbers. Company is only interested in making profit during COVID. Forget customer numbers and staff. HR and many admin personnel at RDC are useless. Can’t be trusted to be confidential. As one manager at Northfleet RDC said to me… they’ll sell their own grandmother to get where they want. How true!!

Pros

Can't be sacked unless you steal, hourly wage for customer assistants

Cons

Too many old staff sitting on tills not helping the team, managers from tesco who can't manage a team of people
