Pros
Company is on the cutting edge of design and tech. Quick entrance into relevant categories and fast product integration into the rest of tine. Company very much wants to grow into a number one brand and has several americans that are deeply entrenched to making this happen.
Cons
Fast pace, low morale (an office where people are not speaking even socially is just downright scary). HR consistently changes every six months to a year and job positions go unfilled for months because of hiring freezes.
