The environment is very friendly as the administration focuses heavily on work life balance, a friendly community among staff, and information sharing. There is plenty to learn from your work and the industry to we are in. There are opportunities to help pay for classes/certification and subject matter experts will occasionally give lectures to explain topics to the whole company. Also the weekly lunches are nice!

Cons

Some work periods can be a bit of a roller coaster for the amount of effort needed but this is normal in a project based environment.

Big company you can tell everyone that you work for LG and suppliers are big fish

They don't pay much for everyone and promotion will not be happening for 5 years and even though if it happened the salary will be almost similar to what u earn in the Beginning. Korean leaders in every team and loads of cultural differences. In germany I wouldn't recommend working for korean company. Leaders and team leaders are 80% Koreans. So there is a very less probability that you can be a leader in LG. They tell onething and do other
