      great products to sell and fast refresh of product line! it is a "good school" for new graduates, it is not necessary to bring professional skills, it is just important to be smart for a internal success.

      Cons

      If you are a "Yes Man" this is your company. If you think to change or bring your professional background this is not your company. HQ Management changes rapidly decisions without any feedback, it is very difficult build strategies in the subsidiaries.
