      Slow work and stress-free environment. Perfect job for newbies to jump up to better multinational company in 3 years. A lot of thing to learn in first year.

      Cons

      Too much bureaucratic and top management always focus on cost-saving on employees. Not much benefits for passionate people but lazy people.

      - Management takes good care of employees - Staff Discount - Great Health Insurance. - Friendly staff (Not Managers)

      The managers are all koreans so being in a diverse environment like Dubai, they find it difficult to understand employees of other ethnicity. Employees are expected to perform their daily tasks and reports based on how the manager would understand instead of efficiency and effectiveness.
