Pros

Good place to grow thick skin. A lot of constant pressure really keeps you in check on not sleeping on details. Great place to learn in a compressed amount of time. Free Insurance. New breed of Koreans seem to want to break the mistreatment cycle, much more approacheable and eager to help.

Cons

Non-Koreans are expendable, and treated like second class citizens (paid as such as well). Public yelling and shaming is the norm. Give women noticeably less chance of rising, even Korean women. Un compensated overtime. Atrocious work/life balance.

Pros

Paid insurance, words to fill the five word minimum.

Cons

Long hours even though they will ride you about those hours. Scheduling is all over the place. Incentive is rarely obtained. Company is controlled from over seas.
