      The product are exceptional and best innovation

      Cons

      While the products are exceptional, the organization and management is the total opposite. Your thoughts and opinions are not welcome, you need but to reply Yes/No and obey. Its management by fear. Communication with management is none existent. Bonus are rarely paid nor those the company even explain the bonus scheme nor achievements. With the rotating Korean management every 4 years there is no long term strategy for the region and a continuous loss of regional knowledge build. Its reputation is so bad it hard to hire new talents.
