      Great place to start and learn, but with top down approach and high levels of micromanagement

      Pros

      They push you a lot and increase your r&r so you get to (have to) learn a lot, very fast, managing time, stress, people, systems, technology, well known brand that will help you in your career after leaving.

      Cons

      Top down, non-inclusive, extreme micromanagement and not enough interest in people's career or personal needs (depends on team leader). Not enough room to grow, create or voice own opinion.
