      It is flexible to work at any time according to private schedule.

      Cons

      The given time for development is very short, so the result is not usable to release the good product. Engineers requests rarely accepted from the project leader and company. There is no career development opportunity to engineers, because they do not approve another kind of technology that has no relations to current project.

      Pros

      People are nice, headquarters are not, and the later is the one that actually decides your future, in Corea.

      Cons

      I had came back from vacation. I had barely seat down and my boss asked me to go to a different room with our bosses boss. Then they fired me, they asked me to leave that day, no warnings no real explanation. I couldn't eve retrieve my things. They escorted me out like a criminal. The reason: Headquarters decided, no really a reason, nor it was about my performance, or so they told me. I couldn't even say goodbye to anybody. Completely mistreated, I mean it was all formal but it felt awful, no real respect from the heads. I do not recommend for this company, be careful if you are considering.
