If you konw how to make network, it is good like other multinational companies, therer are many opportunities depends who do you meet as superior

Cons

strict military culture and have to be briliant in order to get attention from upside. There are uncapacitated manager who is just doing rotine jobs or sometimes making situation worse.

Structure, process oriented, great bunch of folks running the marketing team. Management seems to generally care about employee well being. Employee tenure tends to remain very high, not that much turnover.

Cons

Not that much room to grow or move up. Struggling to compete with Samsung's market share. Korean (headquarters) driven ideas that are not always adaptable in the US market.
