Pros

People think that you work for a big company. That’s it.

Cons

1. Poor management. A team manager has poor performance and behaves crazy and reasonable to others. A lot of employees complain about that but the company leaves the problem unsolved. That pushes good employees away. 2. Waste too much time on the meaningless formality. e.g. there is a questionnaire for the exit interview. HR read the question: the company is very good in this and that .... do you agree?

Pros

Fair and reasonable Insurance Benefit

Cons

DISASTER + NIGHTMARE Poor Management & Poor HQ People Control (HR has no power to improve this subsidiary AT ALL) All of R & R, Promotion, Salary, Department, Decision, Key Event, ETC is being made by dispatched workers from HQ (South Korea) Dispatched workers from South Korea are hot temper, arrogant, narrow-minded with lack of culture understanding. They behave unacceptable to local staff. Besides, a few of local staff who know how Korean Management works were worse than HQ dispatched workers (lol) Even though I mentioned these to HR during exit interview, nothing has been changes unless HQ stop sending those guys to each subsidiary.

Pros

Cheap Korean Food for lunch

Cons

They are wasting a lot of money in the San Diego office. Way too many people working on almost pointless things. Most of the hard work is done by the Qualcomm team. Some people are in charge of making the boss happy and washing his car. Some managers are extremely fake and lie a lot about everything, including personal and professional life. Leave ASAP. There is a reason why LG's mobile sector is failing - most of the job is done in HQ and upper management is just taking up all the money playing golf on Fridays while the company lays off hard working people.
