Pros

Good experience to add to portfolio

Cons

Top management are all Koreans, with many local hired Korean staff. There is always tension between the Koreans and the locals and locals are alienated unless they assimilate into the traditional Korean bureaucratic structure and work culture. Too much reporting is required which puts less focus on actual work. Good staff are overwork, unappreciated and unmotivated. For a big MNC, management should be doing better.

Pros

1. Free transport and food facilities. 2. Team parties in every 3 months. 3. Various systems are there to work but sometimes it makes things complicated. 4. Products on discounted price but only profitable during sale. Note : Because of these I have given 2 star.

Cons

1. Alternate saturday off but in that also your manager will call you to office unnecessary just for show off. 2. During shutdown (long holidays which takes place twice in a year) your manager will call you even when there is no requirement. 3. Late sitting everyday till 8 and sometimes even more late and the leaves which we earn by late sitting that are also not availed and it gets wasted. If you will leave on time then manager will treat you as you have done some crime then then you will be treated badly next day. 4. Company gives one family day in a week in which you can leave at your official time for your home and no one will say you to do late sitting (indirectly management says that you are obliged to do late sitting on other days) 5. Employes are mentally harrassed by managers and seniors and are not treated well. 6. There is no personal life of yours. You become paid slave of the company. 7. If you are not sitting late then you will be given threat indirectly that it may affect the increment at the end of year. 8. Your weak offs are not yours. Management treats like a slave and they want us to be available 24*7 for the company. 9. Your ideas are not been entertained. 10. You will be demotivated even if you are doing your work on time. 11. Seniors who are sitting here from past many years won't let you to grow as they don't want young people to go above them. 12. Lack of technical knowledge in seniors.
