      The company still manages to launch innovative products despite lack of any infrastructure or knowledgeable leadership. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Pay and career growth that is not competitive. Such a huge turnaround rate but nothing is really being done to fight it. Annual adjustments that don't even equal cost of living increases. Megalomaniac department head that do not wish to take any advice from anyone unless their own. Everyone is working and working but don't know for what and where the company is going. Leader makes many promises that he will not keep in order to manipulate employees. If you show any inkling of unhappiness or plan to leave, you will get treated like a pariah.
