Pros

It is located in rural area with a good air quality

Cons

It’s hard to explain everything in detail. There’s no proper system, laws, rules, or sense of morality at LGEUK — everything is decided through verbal discussions, leading to frequent unfair and unusual outcomes. As a result, no one enjoys working there. Korean employees often carry a sense of inferiority and tend to ask intrusive personal questions, comparing social status, family background, finances, age, and life achievements with their colleagues. On top of that, there’s little opportunity to learn or develop any meaningful expertise. When you leave the company, you’re left without valuable knowledge or skills to advance your career. You may think it would be a great stepping stone or starting point but it will never be good for you at all.

Pros

There really are none that I can think of

Cons

Incompetent management, long hours, lots of sketchy and shady businesses such as immigration fraud, accounting fraud, etc. Lots of interns work here without visas, supporters from Korea come without work visas (they come on tourist visas, which is illegal), illegal labor practices, etc.

Pros

Relatively decent database, nice people at sales team. Not much stigma against asking other staffs.

Cons

Like title, Bad hours, bad pay, low skill retention, high turnover, lack of staff, lack of training, relies on TV department to retain skills to then be made available at the expense of their time at personal relationship level. Inadequate structured learning. Time consuming subsidiary level data entries. Expats basically occupy all top senior level positions with the exception of sales and logistics. Not nevessarily bad thing as far as competencies go but it shows career progression is very limited. Not recommend overall.
