      Pros

      Some of the people are nice and care about their job and colleagues. Access to Korean food at the onsite restaurant at Weybridge, but I think that stopped now.

      Cons

      Worst toxic environment I have ever worked in and it was worse during the pandemic. Whilst there are people who care, there are lots more who work for their own personal gain, especially the senior management team. As long as you do as you’re told including working long hours and you keep your head down, you are okay…until they decide you’re not!

      Great product. People were generally nice.

      Cons

      Senior management were delusional. Total lack of empowerment for non-korean managers. Employees not trusted. Inflexible. Totally under resourced, driving people to breaking point. Ridiculously shortsighted leadership.

      Terrible management Total lack of understanding of a European way of working All policies so strict and inflexible, nothing works. An unbelievably high turn over of staff, causing a lack of knowledge in every department.
