Well defined environment for anyone. Since it has been many decades this company survived, it has developed its environment for anyone who have passion in their job. Sometimes it looks a bit top down which can be unfavorable for someone who likes autonomy, but vice versa for who likes to focus on specific orders, they would like it.
Cons
Not competitive salary compare to competitors in the market. It is easy to lose their talented people and make a big hole in the teams. You need to have a strategic mindset to fulfil your position by delivering result as your boss wants. If you prefer to approach with bottom-up all the time, you might get stuck somewhere.
