      Pros

      I can have experience to develop real device. It's very hard to get change to develop real device. I thinks so.

      Cons

      Not bad. You can choose LG. But salary is not high comparing competior's salary. And the culture is Korean style. I think so.

      No future for local employees. Only for HQ employees in Korea.

      Global Brand that everyone around the globe is aware of.

      Cons

      Low salary for local hires, very high salary + alpha for expats. Leaders don't really care about local employees. Minimal communication between locals & expats.
