Pros

The company provides nice professional opportunities and also good networking with partners. New technologies become a routine and employee can be aware about all related areas.

Cons

Asian companies usually are strict on project deadline and rules, this point can be not good for people who don't like working on pressure.

Pros

Salary - If you know how to negotiate

Cons

A) It is a Korean company for Koreans only.... B) Clueless bosses - The technical level is very, very low... A CFO may have a major in Literature... C) Redundant work... Once they are clueless your r gonna make the same task, over and over and over... D)OT almost everyday. Join this company if you want to lose your social life E) There is no planning - Just act - The result is 4 wrongs to make 1 right....

Pros

Work pressure is manageable for me

Cons

Very strict on timings so getting a min late will get you a lecture from your boss and if you are 5 min late then verbal or written warning for you. Official work timings are 8:00AM to 6:00PM, Leaving at 6 is considered bad behavior even if you don't have work to do. Once you spend few weeks in the company you will realize that you are second grade employee and all senior manager positions & employee benefits are for Korean employees only. So don't dream about becoming a senior manager or a Director. It is a military style working environment, so whatever your manager says you just follow and execute without reasoning or questioning. 95% of senior managers do not have local experience or domain expertise so they make decisions that you have to follow and execute. You will also find difficulty communicating with Korean employees as they understand and speak with difficulty. Company is extremely cost conscious so everything you use will be of the lowest quality.
