      - Good at salary and benefits (if you are in higher ranking...) - Excellent office and top class view from windows

      Cons

      - No defined process or control - Overtime always - Korean ruled management - None standard and proprietary system - Lots of papers

      Very informal environment, with great space for work/life balance.

      Very imature professionals, with lack of experience. Too many changes and not so relevant business development when compared to other units around the world.

      Deals on products, great products to sell

      Cons

      Horrible management with horrible attitudes, low pay, no career movement, no support from the HR department. I often saw employees that needed help being ignored. We were always told to keep quit and not bring up any issues. We were never encouraged to speak up or give our opinions.
