      If you are an ambitious person, who looks loves business challenges, this is the place to be. LG Electronics is always looking for ways to grow in a very forceful way, by constantly innovating its products. All people work very hard, and its executives are typically very demanding to its employees and suppliers. Things I love there were: - Always innovating - Great products makes life easier when you belong to a sales organization

      Cultural Clash as most of the decisions are initiated and decided by Korean personnel, and very frequently you feel out of the loop when this happens. Many times there are meetings where the Korean executives speak in Korean, and decisions are made with only partial information. This happens many times because of the lack of fluency in other languages, and with the excuse to expedite the decision making process
