      Very well Brand awareness. Exciting products. Market leader. Easy to sell products. Young Average age of employees. International company. You may be very free if you do your job very well.

      Cons

      You will feel the most pressure of your life if you are on sales position. No excuses is accepted for any reason. Not easy to take incntive if yo achieve your own goal. Because so many KPIs that is out of your control. Korean culture is veey very hard and cultural difference comes to Respect problems which is hard to manage.

      Pros

      Good company to start your career. People can learn a lot of things here. They have a very methodical system. You will learn discipline and respect mostly. Additionally, you will have a lot of pressure and good opportunities to develop skills.

      Cons

      Sometimes, they take the "discipline and respect" to a whole new level. Most of the time they will ask you to work extra hours for free (in that way they'll see your commitment with the company). In the real world, this is nuts! Salaries are so bad and the chance to get more money at the end of the year is almost zero.
