Pros
- stable company - good place in the center, 5 minutes from metro (Belorusskaya) - interesting challenges - quite independent during your working hours
Cons
- very Korean culture, if you dont know Korean it would be hard to work - your superior wont be a leader, he would be a boss - if yoг are late for 1 minute, nobody would care that you are staying late for 1 hour. You must come on time - weak marketing team - no team spirit in the company - you would be given by different challenges without any asking in a order style - no career from top-middle to top management if you are not Korean - bonuses and salary improvement once a year
