      Pros

      Excellent working culture. A person can come to know what hard work is and it is a good start to any one's career.

      Cons

      Less aggressive in the market as compare to samsung and its competitors. Fake commitments by the management to their direct and indirect employees. Less hard work but more smart work is needed.
