      Very structured business, practically all the procedures already exist Good place to start your work - after that you see practilly any place as a better one

      Cons

      - Very greedy company (to non-Koreans) re compensation (I know that a Korean who worked previously on the same level position in the same department (and did nothing good :)) received >220% of my salary) - Practically no way to grow beyond certain level (I mean Koreans heading all the departments) - Absolutely stupid military-style culture (every morning employees shout slogans, 1-minute-lateness-is-a-problem, some elements of dress-code still exist)
