      good for college graduates, just because after that you will better in any other company (except Samsung)

      pretty stable environment, multiple products, all aspect of work are very much detailed and procedured, 9-6 workday

      Cons

      no way to get promoted after deputy head of dept., micromanagement from Koreans, not trust for local employees, even for stationary order you need an approval
