Salary is good with annual bonus system.More power to Korean Management which is making difficult day by day.All the decision depend upon on Korea HQ.

Cons

Very bad work culture.Some times employee worked for 15 hour a day.After that much hard work Korean are not Satisfied.

Very Slow and Secretive, less process and more people oriented. Below average to average talent pool. People at top sitting since ages thus not aware of market and have become more political and relationship driven instead of merit and performance
