      Good work culture, scope to learn and demonstrate positive work culture Highly efficient in execution

      Cons

      Noida unit no more growing. Future vision not clear Chances of good jump are reducing due to financial constraint faced by company. Growth will not come easily as top and middle level is saturated with large no. of managers with huge overhead cost. Not right time to Join the Noida unit.
