1 Pride! Should be proud of oneself about being an employee of a No.2 electronic company in Korea. 2. Fine salary, welfares. 3. Could feel more humanity in the culture (compare with Samsung)

Cons

1 .Approval process is too complicated(like most of the Korean major company) 2. Work/Life Balance is poor 3. Lots of company dinner with tons of alcohol

Fixed working schedule (6 - 18), paid overhours. Possibly often business trips to Seoul (management is really lavish on them). Worked in MDV group.

Cons

Fixed working schedule. You can't leave earlier without taking a half day-off.
