      Pros

      As long as you show some degree of pro-activeness to get things done and have a decent accomplishment rate. Jobs here are a breeze. Sure you get pressure from management to do more, but that is every where

      Cons

      If you are looking to grow within the company, it is not impossible but it is tough given everyone has been in their roles for a long time. However right time right place you will able to move up. Rare but does happen

      Pros

      Great benefits! LG covers the cost of the benefits, they offer annual bonuses and they pay well (if you get the money up front).

      Cons

      You have to fight to get a fair salary offer, but yet there are people that make 6 figures a year that do not show up to the office. Certain people are exempt from any type of consequences. They can break rules, be disrespectful to management and refuse to do their jobs and remain employed. In addition there is a lot of disorganization since the organization is run from another country.
