      Pros

      good job security, you don't get fired or laid off unless you do something really stupid, lots of overtime all you can eat as long as you show productivity for it , plenty of vacation days ,10 paid holidays, bonuses for good productivity

      Cons

      excessive amount of work and long hours , no support ,you are on your own, you don't really have time to do inventory management ,vehicle maintenance and lots of calls. They expect you do do your vehicle maintenance and also to run your calls on the same day !

      Pretty good place for the graduates - Big organization, many chances to learn, job security

      Cons

      Assign employees to wrong spots. Always politics, nobody cares "problem solving." No communication between management and employees, even though the management says they are always trying. Terrible Work/Life balance!!
