Pros

Business in almost every part of the globe can give various chances in the business related area. Proactive and friendly atmosphere can help new comers to fit in quickly. Trying to minimise unnecessary work and convert to System based work or get rid of them.

Cons

Overtime might be needed occasionally. Sometimes, some internal System does not work with some KPI. Hierarchical Atmosphere does not easily enable collaboration with other dept. Incentive and promotion system is sometimes questioned by many.

Pros

The team of people I worked with were great, making going to work each day fun and exciting. I was able to learn many new skills, become an expert in many areas that I am able to use throughout my career.

Cons

The biggest obstacle (s) are culture based if you do not speak the Korean language. Communication is key in our line of work, so you are at a disadvantage if you do not speak the language regardless of how experience or good you are at doing your job.

Pros

This company is very well organized and makes marketing decisions that make it a true competitor in the global environment. They are willing to fully support successful efforts in a growing market in a very strong way. Personally they gave me terrific support in every effort and appreciated the input and energy needed to succeed in each market.

Cons

Sometimes LGE has trouble fully empowering the in market people in favor or remote management and goals. Indeed sometimes goals are meant to be stretch goals without realistic consideration. It is the nature of the management style. Also when the success rate declines the company begins to retrench too soon, without regard as to required investment and support
