      More collegiate (less cutthroat) atmosphere than Samsung. Stable employment. Fair promotion opportunities as long as you can deliver results.

      Cons

      Relatively low pay due to low profitability. Every facet of company performance is benchmarked against Samsung. Hierarchical, multi-layered, slow decision-making process in fast paced consumer electronics industry results in in-human development cycles and mountains of unnecessary reporting.
