      Pros

      If you are really active and want to do something more, you can do it in there.

      Cons

      However, you might need to do much arguing with some developers and managers who are not want to do more. They seemed to not embrace change sometimes.

      Pros

      Discover / Learn about the Korean culture and way of working.

      Cons

      No listening of the employees. They humiliate their employees by firing them for fake reasons when they seem they want to leave. The Korean Manager don't always understand our culture and don't really try to. There is a lot to say, so I prefer stopping here.
