      Well paid, very good benifits, less pressure and freedom as long numbers are great.

      Cons

      No flexible working, strict structures. Very bad inefficiant IT System due to high Security, Lots of travel and Long hours, Micromanagement. Decisions beeing made without commen sense. Due to dynamic Management strategy Changes quickly and seem unclear Sometimes. Very bad information flow, no respect for women and strict hirarchy, difficult for non korean to follow due to language barrier
