      "LEONI EGYPT " Multinational company with bad senior management .

      Pros

      ___Location . ___The management in germany are nice persons and don't care about what is going on in other plants leaving the old senior management to play with the company converting it to be like their private company. So if you need to go up and up in LEONI , be close to the famous "iron Women " .

      Cons

      Politics every where. No place for capable persons. Pay is not represents the name of multinational company. Huge gaps in salaries and benefits within all categories . The senior managers are sitting in the sky with all benefits. Very low standards compared to other sites outside Egypt.
