      Good working culture compared to competitors Decent training schemes

      Cons

      Dont pay near the rate of competitors then wonder why they can't retain staff Graduates join with the hope of progression etc but no real chances come about and your stuck at the very bottom end of the payscale with no chance of a payrise or movement within the company , also the contract they make graduates sign means they cant even leave to find a better paying role or look for somewhere they can progress, because the contract states you cant work for about 90 percent of the companies within EDS in the UK
