      Consistent work as far as I know they remained open for business though the pandemic

      Cons

      Issues with chain of command. No one knows who they answer to. Little control over what's going on and employees are often over worked and stressed. Two sides of the plant feel like they are at war. Constant blame game with noone searching for solutions to problems.
