      Open culture, employees are free to explore their views, good facilities, during Covid all got salaries in time and same salary without any deductions. Company is growing so employees working there will definitely grow. Comfort in working time. Management listens to employee. Internal employees and contract manpower are considered for internal job and has scope of growth.

      Cons

      I don't have anything to write as many people grow and after learning get good jobs in bigger companies.
