      Pros

      Pros - The work involved is not too demanding or stressful and the company is keen to retain employees and train graduates. Good benefits including pension matching up to 9% and a healthcare plan.

      Cons

      Due to the scale of the company and its clients most jobs end up pigeon-holed where you must do a very specific and narrow range of tasks with very little variation. The pay is notably below the market rate for this area once you have built up a few year's experience and the company tries to enforce a pay cap below this market rate.
