      A very strong Quality Management system. Advanced tools for analysis & problem solving techniques. Great Visualization for work space. Friendly Environment.

      Cons

      Management Team are not involved enough & they are causing too many clashes in work. very very low salaried compared with the same companies. No technical Trainings. The company does not invest in the employees by any means.
