      Pros

      A good company to work for. Up and coming in the NA automotive market. Work is engaging and flexible, and opportunity for growth exists.

      Cons

      Leoni is a financialy conservative company. This is not inherently bad, however, sometimes investments in company resources and employees are mistaken as unnecessary cost, and are not undertaken.
