      Pros

      Autonomy to do your own work, you're in charge of your own successes. Columbus office has small company feel, but the back of a large, multinational corporation.

      Cons

      Although changing for the better, the company as a whole is very German-centric. Very few major decisions can be made without the blessing of Kitzingen.
